GLENDA
A satirical take on the character of the 60's housewife and mother.
Looking at Martin Parr's Bliss as inspiration, noting the advertisement of the artificial nuclear family, Glenda became the 'ideal' woman of the time; tall and slim, beautiful, and (above all) controllable to all around her, little more than an empty vessel in which other women could place themselves where she stands.
